commissioned works may not be used for commercial use unless given specific permission.
extra fees may be charged for commercial works.
this does not include character designs made by me. character designs may be used commercially without permission or additional charges.

payments will be made after the completion of the sketch.
additional charges may be made if changes are made late into commission progress. for illustrations this is defined as changes after flat colours have been sent to the client (this does not include changes to flat colours). for animations, this is defined as changes to any form after cleanup has already finished.
